Forms and Waivers

**Waivers may be printed and given to presenter at the time of the event or may be filled out electronically any time before the event. All participants must fill out a waiver to be included in the demonstration.**

I acknowledge that I (or my child) may interact with or be near live reptiles at this event. I understand that: Animals may bite, scratch, or cause minor injury if startled or improperly handled. I agree to follow all safety instructions from the presenter, including washing or sanitizing hands before and after handling of reptiles.

By signing below, I assume all risks as noted above and release Reptile Reach LLC from any form of liability for injury, illness, or damages arising from this activity, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
